Shipping Policy
Shipping and delivery.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and tracking is sent by email when available.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can take longer during high-volume periods, holidays, address-verification issues, or supplier delays.
Estimated delivery
U.S. delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. A practical customer-facing estimate is 4–10 business days after shipment, but delivery times can vary by carrier and destination.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when available. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. Then contact us so we can review the order.
Damaged delivery
Take photos of the package and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy.
