Read this page before starting a return. Items must meet the eligibility rules below to be approved.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all included parts/accessories.
How to start a return
- Email support@lumiguard.com with your order number.
- Tell us the reason for the return.
- Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where allowed by law.
Damaged or incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and provide the next step.
Refund timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Not eligible
Used items, damaged customer returns, missing-parts returns, unauthorized returns, and orders outside the return window may be refused.
No separate warranty
LumiGuard does not advertise a separate product warranty or lifetime technical support. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. Order issues and eligible returns are handled under this policy.
